We are changing the game. Starting today, every single reservation includes a $25 Incidental Damage Allowance.

Whether you are renting a Bike for the week at Ocean Isle Beach or grabbing a Kayak for the weekend at Sunset Beach, we aren’t going to nickel-and-dime you for the little things.

Scuffed a pedal? It’s on us.
Cracked a plastic cup holder? Don't worry about it.
Broke a surfboard fin? We’ve got it covered.

If the repair costs $25 or less, you won't hear a peep from us. We want you to use the gear, enjoy it, and return it with a smile—not a checkbook.

2. The "Peace of Mind" Upgrade

For those who want total freedom, we’re now offering optional Accidental Damage Protection.

For a small fee (starting at just $10), you can upgrade your coverage to $1,000. This is highly recommended for our higher-value items like Electric Bikes and Standup Paddle Boards.

This upgraded plan covers the big accidents:

Bent bicycle rims.
Snapped surfboards from a heavy wave.
Broken chairs.

Accidents happen. Maybe a wave breaks the board, or a bike falls over on the pavement. With the Accidental Protection Plan, you leave your vacation with no stress and no big repair bills.
