For those who want total freedom, we’re now offering optional Accidental Damage Protection.

For a small fee (starting at just $10), you can upgrade your coverage to $1,000. This is highly recommended for our higher-value items like Electric Bikes and Standup Paddle Boards.

This upgraded plan covers the big accidents:

• Bent bicycle rims.

• Snapped surfboards from a heavy wave.

• Broken chairs.

When you book, you select your preferred Setup Time in the morning and Pickup Time in the evening.

• Want the prime morning hours? Select an earlier setup time (service fee applies).

• Want to stay later? Select a later pickup time (service fee applies).

• Standard hours: Enjoy our standard window for the base rate.
